Copy the Reel link
In the Instagram app or on instagram.com, open the Reel, tap Share, then Copy link.

Paste it and press Download
Open the Instagram Reels downloader and paste the link into the box. The Instagram video downloader works the same way.

Press Download. The page looks up the Reel and lists the quality or qualities it is available in. Pick a quality if more than one is shown, then save the MP4 to your device.
Download Instagram Reels on iPhone, Android or PC
On iPhone
Paste the link in Safari and press Download. The MP4 saves through your browser; open the Files app and look in Downloads. From there you can add it to Photos — tap the video, open the Share sheet and select Save Video.
On Android
Paste the link in Chrome or any browser and press Download. The file lands in your browser's Downloads folder, where your Gallery, Google Photos or file manager can see it.
On PC and Mac
Paste the link and press Download. The MP4 saves to your browser's download folder.
Questions
Do I need an app or an account?
No. The downloader runs in your browser on iPhone, Android and PC. There is nothing to install and no sign-up.
Does the Reel keep its quality?
The file is saved at the quality Instagram serves for that Reel.
Can I download Reels from private accounts?
No. Only public posts can be downloaded. Private, deleted or unavailable Reels can't be resolved.
Do you store my videos?
The link is sent to our server only to look up the video's file address. The video downloads straight from Instagram to your device. We don’t store your videos.
